Bidding is open NOW and lots start closing , Tuesday Sept 5th at 9am

Terms & Conditions

1. All payments must be received or postmarked within FIVE days of sale. After 5 days an additional 5% will be added every 14 days until payment is received.  The Bidder agrees to pay fees, including but not limited to, lawyer fees, bank fees and collection costs incurred by Kingstree Auction Company, LLC in the efforts to collect unpaid funds.
2. Payments accepted by bank wire ($30 fee domestic, $50 international) , cash and good check. Checks must be written to Kingstree Auction Company, LLC
3. All items must be paid for in full before leaving sale site.
4. All items are purchased CAVEAT EMPTOR "as is" "where is". Kingstree Auction Co advises buyers to perform their own inspection of items prior to bidding.
5. All sales are final

There are some great pieces in this auciton. Everyone is welcome to come by and walk the yard.  Take a look at the corn pickers and other equipment, crank up the tractors and inspect items before you bid.
